CHARO Meeting Plan Room Available

     Are you planning a staff strategy meeting? Community meeting? Rolling out a new product? Need to train your sales team? Looking for a professional location that requires an attractive conference room to accommodate a large crowd or a warm business setting? Look no further - CHARO Business Incubator offers both a board room that can accommodate up to 15 people or its auditorium that can accommodate 150 auditorium style, or 80 people in table rounds of 6 or a u-shaped table with seating for an audience of 50.

     Available fee for services include: audio visual resources (PowerPoint projector, screen, a white erase board, color television, DVD/VCR) and business services: faxing, high-speed internet access, color printer and high speed copier. Off-site catering services can also be used.

     Located just five minutes from downtown Los Angeles, with ample FREE PARKING. Fees begin at $100 per day for the Board Room and $275 per day for the auditorium.

     Business hours are: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Additional fees apply before 8am or after 5pm or on weekends and holidays.
